🔁 Returns Policy

Due to the nature of fragrance products and for hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used items cannot be returned.

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
